Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Wingspan Global Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all our services including lead generation, data enrichment, content moderation, and contact discovery.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 30 days written notice
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to sarah@wgsindia.com
• Any work completed before the cancellation date will be billed accordingly
• Recurring service contracts may have specific cancellation terms defined in the agreement

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Services not delivered as specified in the agreed statement of work
• Significant quality issues that remain unresolved after a reasonable resolution period
• Duplicate or erroneous payments

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Setup fees and onboarding costs
• Services already delivered and accepted
• Custom data research and lead generation campaigns that have been executed
• Consultation and strategy sessions that have been conducted

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email your refund request to sarah@wgsindia.com with your project details
2. Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days
3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days
4. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

6. Jump Start Lead Package Refund Policy

This section applies specifically to the one-time Jump Start Lead Package ($100 USD for 10 leads) and is in addition to the general policy above.

A full refund of the Jump Start package payment is available when:

1. Wingspan Global Solutions fails to deliver all 10 leads within 48 hours of verified payment; or
2. The agreed conversion result is fewer than 2 conversions from the delivered 10-lead batch during the agreed review period.

We provide a minimum 20% conversion assurance, representing at least 2 conversions from a 10-lead batch, with a target of up to 40% or 4 conversions. Conversions are measured using the conversion event selected and accepted in the order form (qualified positive response, accepted sales opportunity, confirmed appointment, completed sale, or another agreed event), which is shown in the order summary before payment.

Verification rules for this package:

• The applicable conversion event must be selected before payment.
• The client must contact delivered leads promptly and use reasonable follow-up efforts.
• The conversion review period is 14 calendar days from delivery unless a different period is accepted in writing.
• Duplicate, invalid or non-matching leads must be reported with the relevant lead reference.
• Refund requests must include the Wingspan Global Solutions order number and the final conversion count.
• Once the stated refund condition is confirmed, the full package payment is refunded to the original payment method without unnecessary questioning.
• Razorpay or the customer's bank may require additional processing time after we initiate the refund.
• The guarantee applies to the first 10-lead Jump Start package and cannot be combined with another offer unless approved in writing.
• Fraudulent, abusive or duplicate refund claims may be rejected.
• Applicable law, privacy obligations and payment-provider rules always apply.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
