1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Wingspan Global Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Wingspan Global Solutions provides lead generation, content moderation, data enrichment, contact discovery, and related BPO services. Service specifics, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Make timely payments as per agreed terms
- Comply with applicable laws regarding data usage and marketing
- Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wingspan Global Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wingspan Global Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
